Screen Printing & Promotional Products - An EPS/Vector file is required. If you do not have this type of file, we can create the artwork for you with an additional charge.
Direct-to-Garment – An EPS/Vector file or a JPEG, TIFF, PNG or Photoshop file that has a high resolution of 300dpi or above is required for this printing process.
Embroidery & Emblems – an EPS/Vector file is preferred, but we can also work with an image file as long as it is a good resolution. Digitizing your logo for embroidery will incur a one-time setup fee.
If you have no artwork at all, we can create some logo concepts from scratch. Let us know what you are looking for as far as colors, style, specific images or examples. There is a $35.00 art charge per hour.
Order Minimums
The minimum quantity for an embroidery order is 12 pieces. The minimum quantity for a screen printing order is 24 pieces and Direct-to-Garment printing has a 6-piece minimum.
The more you order, the cheaper the price. Please ask a sales representative for a quote on price breaks.
You can mix and match your order as long as you order at least 6 pieces per style and the logo is the same on all garments and nothing is changed.
Placing an order
To place an order, just give us a call at 800-647-2824 or send an e-mail to customerservice@ciainc.com, with what you would like to order and we will be happy to help with any questions you may have. Once we have received your artwork or created it, you will receive a proof via e-mail to approve before your items are decorated. Once this is done, your order will be processed and you will receive a call notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up or shipped.
We accept cash, checks, American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and PayPal.
A 50% deposit is required upon placing your order unless you have net terms set up with us.
Production Time
Standard production time after proof approval is 7-10 business days. If you need your order in less than 5 days, there will be an additional rush charge added to your order.
Once your order is complete, someone will contact you letting you know your orders is being shipped or is ready for pick-up.
